Reading the speed tiers

Pokémon Champions replaces EVs and IVs with Stat Points: every Pokémon is level 50, and each point adds exactly one point of Speed, up to 32. That makes the numbers above exact for every set — a Pokémon with 20 Speed points has its 0 SP Speed plus 20 (times its nature).

Use the table to decide how much Speed a Pokémon needs: find the threat you want to outspeed and invest until you are one point above it. Plan the rest of your team in the Champions team builder, which shows these Speed values for your own spreads, and choose a nature with the chart.

How do Tailwind, Choice Scarf and +1 Speed work?

Tailwind doubles your side's Speed for four turns (the turn it is used counts). A Choice Scarf and a +1 Speed boost (from Dragon Dance or Flame Charge, for example) each multiply Speed by 1.5, rounded down; a −1 drop from Icy Wind or Electroweb multiplies it by ⅔. Paralysis halves Speed.
