The gaps are small — Scorbunny and Squirtle differ by only ×0.12 attack. Fire starters begin with Ember, the highest single-target damage of the starting moves; Water Gun is close behind and pierces, Vine Whip hits everything in an arc, Bubble fires in all directions and slows, and Psyduck and Slowpoke start with homing Confusion. Because starters never evolve, treat them as a warm-up and pull for a 4★ or 5★ main.

Which banner to pull: best Pokémon per region

Every region has its own banner and its own pity counter. Odds per pull are exact: the rarity's rate split evenly across that rarity on the banner (5★ odds include the 70-pull pity).

On level-up you pick from the moves of your partner's types plus every Normal move, so typing decides your kit. Arrows show what a move evolves into at max level.

★★★ Rare17%60 Pokécoins
★★★★ Epic6.5%120 Pokécoins
★★★★★ Legendary1.5%300 Pokécoins
  • Pity: 70 pulls on one banner without a 5★ makes the next pull a 5★. Each banner counts on its own.
  • ×10 pull: always includes at least one 4★ or 5★.
  • Shiny: 1 in 100 pulls; you never get a duplicate shiny while one of that rarity is missing. Wild shinies are 1 in 4,096.
  • Tickets: earned by playing only — wild Pokémon drop them, bosses and rift legendaries sometimes drop a ×10 ticket.
  • A specific 5★ takes about 43.5 × the number of 5★ Pokémon on that banner pulls on average — e.g. Mewtwo is 0.38% per pull (~261 pulls).

Weather changes the tier list mid-run

From minute 2, roughly one weather event every 6 minutes lasts about a minute and changes damage by attack type — for you and for the enemies. Worth knowing when you choose between two partners of similar tier.

How this tier list is made

PokéSurvivor is open source, so instead of guessing we read the numbers straight from its data files (game patch of October 15, 2026). Every partner has three stats: ATK, a multiplier on the damage of every move (×0.76 to ×1.70); HP; and speed, which decides how well you kite the horde. Each Pokémon gets a percentile for each stat, and the score is 50% ATK + 25% HP + 25% speed, because attack scales every move you pick up while HP and speed only keep you alive. Ties go to higher attack.

What the score leaves out: your move cards, held items and the per-Pokémon upgrades you buy, which can lift any partner. Typing matters too — it sets which moves you can roll (see the table above). Other PokéSurvivor tier lists rank only the 29 starters, or score on base stats from the main games; this one covers all 966 partners, uses the in-game stats, and adds exact pull odds. We rebuild it when the game updates.

FAQ

Who is the best Pokémon in PokéSurvivor?

Mewtwo is #1 on our list: it has the highest attack multiplier in the game (×1.55) with 118 HP and 133 speed. The rest of the top five are Eternatus, Slaking, Spectrier, Regigigas. All S-tier Pokémon are 5★ or 4★ pulls, so for most players the best Pokémon is the strongest one they already own — tick yours in the table to find it.

What is the best starter in PokéSurvivor?

Scorbunny is the best starter by the game's numbers (ATK ×1.09, 92 HP, speed 107), followed by Sobble and Slowpoke. Starters stay basic forms — partners don't evolve in PokéSurvivor, only moves do — so every starter sits in C or D tier overall. Pick the one you like, then pull for a 4★ or 5★ main.

Are there PokéSurvivor codes?

No. PokéSurvivor has no redeem-code system: the game's source code has no code entry anywhere, and tickets can't be bought. Tickets come only from playing — wild Pokémon drop them now and then, and bosses and rift legendaries sometimes drop a ×10 ticket. Sites listing "codes" are guessing.

What are the gacha rates in PokéSurvivor?

Each pull on a region banner is 1★ 45%, 2★ 30%, 3★ 17%, 4★ 6.5% and 5★ 1.5%. A ×10 pull always contains at least one 4★ or better, and after 70 pulls without a 5★ on a banner the next one is a guaranteed 5★ — so a 5★ comes every 43.5 pulls on average. 1 in 100 pulls is shiny. Duplicates turn into Pokécoins.

How do you get legendary Pokémon in PokéSurvivor?

Only from the gacha: legendaries and mythicals are 5★ pulls on their region's banner. Rift portals let you fight a legendary in an arena, but winning gives tickets, coins and a move fusion (Bond), not the legendary itself. Lost-Pokémon events can also give you a 1★–3★ Pokémon (20% of rescues), and wild shinies (1 in 4,096) join you when defeated.

Do Pokémon evolve in PokéSurvivor?

Partners don't evolve — a Charmander stays a Charmander. What evolves are moves: a move at max level evolves (for example Ember into Fire Blast) if you picked the matching stat card earlier in the run. That is why the tier list ranks each Pokémon as it is.

Should I spend Pokécoins on one Pokémon?

Yes. Permanent upgrades (HP, damage, speed, cooldown, crits, extra starting move and more) are bought for one partner at a time, so they don't carry over when you switch. Pick a main from the highest tier you own and put your coins into it.

Is PokéSurvivor free and official?

It is a free, non-profit browser fan game (pokesurvivor.com) with no ads or purchases, playable on PC and phones and in co-op with up to 4 friends. It is not made by Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company. DexTeam is not affiliated with the game either; we read its public source code to build this list.

PokéSurvivor is a fan game by its own developer; Pokémon and sprites are © Nintendo, Creatures and GAME FREAK. DexTeam is an unofficial fan site.
