How to build a balanced team in 60 seconds

  1. Pick your game above so only legal Pokémon, moves and the right type chart are used.
  2. Add your must-have Pokémon. Tap a slot, type a few letters (English, 中文, 日本語, Français, Deutsch, Español or 한국어 all work) and press Enter.
  3. Read the red rows in the Weaknesses tab — a type is a problem when three or more Pokémon are weak to it and nothing resists it.
  4. Use Smart picks. The suggestions under your team are ranked by how much they reduce shared weaknesses and fill coverage gaps, weighted by how often they are used in real battles.
  5. Check Coverage and Threats, add moves (or one-click Popular sets), then Share the link or export to Showdown.

Which Pokémon are available in Pokémon Champions?

The builder uses the current Champions roster — 345 Pokémon and Mega Evolutions are legal. Pokémon that are not in Champions are hidden from the picker; if you import one, it is marked "Not in Champions".

How do Stat Points work in Pokémon Champions?

Champions replaces EVs and IVs with Stat Points. Every Pokémon is level 50, you can put up to 32 points in one stat and 66 in total, and each point raises that stat by exactly 1. Natures still give +10% / −10%. The builder calculates final stats with this formula.

Is there Terastallization in Pokémon Champions?

No — Champions uses Mega Evolution instead of Tera, so the builder hides Tera Types and lets you add one Mega per team. Mega Stones are offered as items for the matching Pokémon.

Where do the meta threats and popular sets come from?

From public Pokémon Showdown usage statistics for Champions VGC 2026 Regulation M-C (1630+ rating, September 2026). They are refreshed each month.

Can I import and export Pokémon Showdown teams?

Yes. Paste any Showdown or PokéPaste text into Import and the builder keeps nicknames, items, abilities, Tera Types, EVs, IVs, natures, levels and moves. Export gives you text you can paste straight back into Showdown's Teambuilder.

How do I share my team?

Press Share to copy a link — the whole team is encoded in the URL, so anyone who opens it sees the same six Pokémon, sets and analysis. Image creates a 1200×675 team card that is ready for Reddit, Discord or X.

Is it free? Do I need an account?

It is completely free and has no sign-up. Teams are saved in your browser for each game and in the share link; nothing is uploaded.
